As an expression of Genser Energy’s firm commitment to the environment, our agricultural team have planted over 25,000 teak stumps along Genser Energy’s natural gas pipeline as of March 2020, in order to reclaim the land. It is projected that an additional 140,000 teak stumps will be planted by the end of July 2020. The exercise engages the surrounding communities by recruiting and employing locals for the planting of the teak, showing Genser Energy’s firm commitment to serving and positively impacting the communities in which it operates.
