Genser Energy has officially opened applications for 2026 Graduate Training Programme, offering recent graduates the opportunity to build a career in one of Africa’s fastest‑growing energy solution companies.
The 18 month-long programme provides trainees with hands-on experience across various departments, including Engineering, Operations, Health & Safety, Communications, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Community Relations, among others.
Successful applicants will work alongside industry professionals, gaining practical exposure to Genser Energy’s sustainable power solutions, gas infrastructure systems, and ongoing expansion projects across West Africa.
The programme is open to recent graduates from accredited tertiary institutions with backgrounds in engineering, sciences, social sciences, business, or related fields. Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance, leadership potential, problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for contributing to Africa’s energy advancement.
